How admission works
Send an enquiry or visit
Fill in the form on this page or book a campus tour. We'll call you to talk through seats and timings.
Register online
Complete the online registration with your child's passport, visa and parent contact details, and upload the documents.
Placement test
Every applicant takes a placement test, reviewed by our academic team. Placement is decided by the Principal.
Confirm the seat
Pay the AED 500 registration fee and submit the remaining documents. Admission is final once all documents are in.

Age criteria
The UAE Ministry of Education sets grades by your child's age on 31 March of the year they join.

Admissions questions
What age does my child need to be for KG1 in Ajman?
Your child must turn 4 on or before 31 March of the year they join KG1. For KG2 they must be 5, and for Grade 1 they must be 6, by 31 March.
When does registration open at Woodlem Park School Hamidiya?
Online registration for the next academic year opens in mid to late November each year. Mid-year admissions depend on seat availability.
Is there an entrance test?
All applicants take a placement test reviewed by the academic team. Placement takes into account your child's previous schooling, test performance and age.
Do you admit children with special educational needs?
Yes. No student is refused admission only because they have special educational needs. Decisions depend on whether the school can meet the child's needs within our mainstream model.
